Our STEPS give others STEPS to a better life
Purpose: By participating in STEPtember, you’ll be improving your health while empowering others with disabilities.
The Facts: The average person takes 3,000 steps a day, yet the recommended number of steps for a healthier life is 10,000 steps per day. During the month of September, participants in STEPtember will form teams of four people or more to motivate and encourage each other to reach 10,000+ steps a day while helping raise funds for children and adults born with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
