The result is increased efficiency and more flexibility to meet the needs of our diverse clients. He also has created important community partnerships with Sacramento State and various school districts to reach more people in our service area. With more than 20 years of management experience, Doug’s focus is on leading UCP as it begins its second half-century of operations throughout Butte, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Shasta, Sutter and Yolo counties. Prior to joining UCP, Doug managed both retail and wholesale operations for ConocoPhillips in Northern California. Doug has a BS in administration from Ball State University with a double major in finance and management.
