The Foundation for UCP of Sacramento and Northern California was established in 2006 to ensure UCP’s programs and services of today will continue to receive funding in the future. In addition, the Foundation allows UCP to consistently deliver on our promise to provide a life without limits for our clients – now and in the future.

 

Your Legacy Gift Helps Many

Your support of The Foundation for UCP, will help children and adults with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Currently, autism is the number one diagnosed developmental disability, and Consequently, 48% of UCP’s current clients have autism. These clients, and their families will require ongoing support for decades to come. For that reason alone, your legacy gift to The Foundation for UCP will help ensure individuals with developmental disabilities have a brighter future.

  • Name The Foundation for UCP (EIN 26-3279530) as a beneficiary in your life insurance or trust documents. This is as easy as a phone call or email to your broker or accountant. You can allocate a set amount or a percentage for your legacy gift.
  • Include a legacy paragraph in your will and/or trust documents. By naming The Foundation for UCP in your will, estate, life insurance policy or trust, or by donating property and stock to UCP, you can leave a legacy that will help individuals with developmental disabilities for years to come.
