    Receptionist 

    UCP of Sacramento & No. CA is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative staff person to backup the Office Manager and provide various departments with administrative support. Person must have excellent multi-tasking abilities and supreme attention to detail. This position will handle all types of paperwork and various levels of confidentiality, so attention to detail is a MUST. Ideal Candidates will have a professional demeanor, positive and friendly personality. 

    Principle Responsibilities include: 
    Answering multi-line phones system, filing, faxing, data entry, and copying 
    Greets and assists visitors
    Orders and maintain supplies for office and programs and arranges equipment maintenance
    Refers questions and issues to others
    Completes other projects and duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate 
    Min 2yrs previous professional experience in Receptionist/Administrative position
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    Ability to prioritize and organize work
    Strong computer skills a must, including proficiency in all MS Office applications
